Black Hole

Contributed by SugarCoatedSweetness on Thursday, 23rd January 2003 @ 02:40:00 AM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

There Is A Black Hole In My Mind
Where There Is Nothing To Find
It's Where Everything You Need And Want Gets Lost
The Place Where Everything You Don't Want Gets Tossed
This Black Hole Keeps Getting Bigger
Who Would Have Known, Go Figure
Everything's All Gone
And Now It Has Dawned
On Me That's Where Everything Will Go
I Bet You Didn't Know
I Have A Black Hole
It Sits In My Skull
Right Next To My Brain Wall
Where Everything That Was High Will Eventually Fall
The Black Hole Is Taking Over Me
Making Me Lose My Memory
Making Me Forget Everything, Can't You See
I'm Losing Everything I Held Dear
For This Is What I Fear
I Won't Be Able To Remember Anything In The Future, Sometime Near
I Lose Everything, Never Gain
This Black Hole Is Driving Me Insane
Haven't You Listened To All I've Said
It's Too Late Now, I'm Brain Dead
Try Hard To Remember All You Know
And Watch Out For That Damn Black Hole
You Didn't Listen Now You're Brain Dead Too, Way To Go

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
