Rape

Contributed by Nardo on Sunday, 13th November 2005 @ 08:52:28 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

Amongst the trees
naked and bare
spinning wild a slut bride
laughing in reds and crimson hues
the blood that flows from her inside
the door to her youth
broken and busted
with the hopes of Love lingering
in her hair.
With no one near
no one to hear
she screams the same scream
heard around the wolrd,
the agonizing agony of rape.
Her body twisted into shapes
unknown to animal or man,
this beast that smells so cheap of anger
the creature caught in the swells so low
never high,
only to find it between
a young woman's legs.

Hmmm...well....this is graphic...as is the subject matter. You certainly conveyed your thoughts on rape well. Vivid and emotive. Hope you haven't experienced this...
