The ruby red eyes they looked at me, then Darkness gave his cruel laugh,
and light was swept away under his cloak of forgotten souls.
As he stared at me with his ruby red eyes he laughed again his mocking laugh,
then poisoned joy with demon blood and tore happiness in two.
Then his ruby eyes looked at me again and he asked, how are your feelings now?
Whilst he slowly killed the bird of hope and burned the heart of love.
Then his eyes, the ruby red eyes, left me there in soul's darkest black sorrow.

Wow that is a very disturbing but deep poem. Your daughter has a lot of talent. I read so much more from this poem than what it actually says. Excellent poetry, i'd love to read more. |

Wow, your daughter has talent, although very disurbing especially for a 10 year old there is hidden meaning in it. Great job, encourage her to keep writing. |
