Delusion

Contributed by absolutspin on Friday, 11th November 2005 @ 11:38:12 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

she's got it mixed in obsessive reflection...looking for daylight to shine on her face...over her head and straight to her heart...and still she didn't get that part...wanted to play alongside in the show...her backdrop gained a bit of delusion...at a loss in your meaningless words...and for another they've been laid deep...so close the creeping eyes that twist these metaphors...in your disguise as the longing lover...sickness flows deep in your blood...bring on the boil of reality lost...bubbling up and pouring over from your fingers...i'll be making a mess of your face...if your mind wanders in that space of gratification undeserved...a listless lonely mind is search of the divine...colors of purple are a royal hue...dissolving all her sugar on me and a taste i know would set you free...how selfish i'll be when i get my candy...catch a ride on the first express that goes straight to your hell...sit in the fire and burn...because we're hand in hand now

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
