I wonder

I Wonder

I wonder what it would be like
To be the one you love
To be the one you care for
The one you kiss and hug

I wonder what it would be like
To be popular for a day
To talk the talk
And walk the walk
And know people listen to what I say

I wonder what it would be like
If I was gone tomorrow
Would anyone be sad
Would they feel sickness and sorrow

I wonder what it would be like
To hear all the crap you talk
To see how much you hated me
To know the path you walk

I wonder what it would be like
To not be hurt for once
To be able to love without any fear
And not the think that guy is a dunce

I wonder what it would be like
To live a life without fear
To see a world without the lies
To not have to shed a tear

I wonder what it would be like
If this world was peaceful
If this world was perfect
If this world was beautiful

I wonder what it would be like
No, I know what it would be like
Because this world is terrorized
By you and me alike
