You want her eyes
not mine
hers to look apon you
as I look at the floor
watching feet shuffle past
screaming, singing, mosh
They shove one another
the way you push me aside
Two different people
Our heads crash
as we headband at the rockshow
I miss you so
You miss her
her eyes meeting yours
as mine wonder over faces of the crowd
listening to the yells
Drone out thoughts of you
get rid of this headache
let the bass beat
like hearts
Yours beats in time to the flutter of her eyelashes
Mine skips with every hair
she makes stand
on the back of your neck
