Katrina's wrath of fury

Katrina's wrath of fury
From Florida to Louisiana Alabama,Mississippi and New Orleans Too.
Katrina destroyed everything in her path.
Hitting land at a category four hurricane.
Thousands ignored the warning to leave their homes. Now they are refugees in their own home towns which are demolished to rubble.
levies gave way Waves and waves of water slammed into many towns.People stranded upon roofs waiting for help.
SOS writings upon roofs and taped to the bottom of their shoes desperately asking for anyone to rescue them.
Hundreds maybe thousands assumed dead. Many dead bodies just lying in the streets. There is no food no water no where to go.Trying to seek shelter in a safe haven.
only to find shooting and rapes no beds no medical help was nowhere to be found.People dying within the shelter's with no medical personel around..
Vandalism and theft along with shooting at people who are trying to rescue the stranded.
Aide is on the way but not quick enough.
starvation lack of medical help and no air conditioning or electricity .
lack of protection is taking the lives of hundreds it may get into the thousands before all is rescued.
Will take years to rebuild.
Katrina was nothing to play with
Katrina's wrafth of fury killed and destroyed the lives of thousands.Turned them into refugees.
Katrina is so unbelievable so unreal.

Excellent write. I, the reader felt compeled and I could feel the emotion of every word. Yes this was a horrific storm Thousands lost and more unknown. No that Our Canadians hearts go to each soul in those areas . We gave as much as I could and each token given in Love and Hope of a brighter day ahead. Be strong I am so proud to say on my Canadian City Edmonton How sorry we are for your countries loss. God bless you all.
