love you in a letter

Dear Dark Prince,

I was sitting here lost in thought,
the hours of the night have passed and dawn creeps in
my mind drifts off to your memory, and hugs just right
and i don't fear my every mortal sin.
My Dark Prince who is ever so kind
I am a Dark Angel in need of your love
the memories of your head lying on my breast
and the times we spent chest to chest,
were you ever my lover? NO!
just my friend, two souls joined together in the night,
two lonely hearts who found a common cause
to flee the worlds negitivity, and lost lusts virginity,
Sex is not what we share, Romantic Love,
not even close. WE share one soul
forever combined with love for this one dark prince of mine.

For you I will raise my sword,
keep you safe in the hard times,
to keep you from pain, i'd lay down my life
if I ever lost you, they better hand me my knife,
because How could I live with out my brother, my friend,
the dark prince who saved my life, when I was just a kid
and you were already a man well into your life

I just wanted to say these words to you
that no matter what it is i will do
just to know you'll always love me
keep me smiling as only a bucket head can.

Love you

to Christoph, who walked into my life when I was 18 and ever since that night has been the one man that I could always count on to, hold me when my life fell apart. He loved me for who he saw in me. He saved me when i was lost,
no words could ever say what i feel in my heart for him. My one true friend

Yes! Well written, my friend. This (the love that you speak of) is what romantic love should always begin with. This is what it truly means to be a friend. This was a beautiful poem.
Take care.
David

I can truly identify with this.... Friends don't have to be lovers to share love..... You are both lucky to share this kind of love.

I am glad that you have a friend like that because really everyone should have a friend who will always be there. Sometimes though just friends can turn into lovers who were actually meant to be with you. This was a nice poem..

take care
christina
