I got you from a man smiling by his cart
You didn’t cost much
you walked with me through the crowd
following right behind me
receiving stares from the latte suits
I almost left you
Pressure to release you grew
Do I have to say goodbye
I walked back to the cart to return you
Return the childhood innocence
Instead i bought a bunch just like you
And gave them out throughout the day
