They look at me and congratulate the brilliant mess that I just made
I've told them a lie and spread out a smile,
They say I finally made it through their turnstyle
I pretend to enjoy the part I display
Lost on my journey to get more lost today
I've tried to escape the pathetic round maze
The one He created in only 6 days
I continueosly fail and get pushed back inside
This angry turmoil I refuse to disquise
I put on the play that they place here before me
and fictionally love it, but deep inside dread
How empty they are with their cold fake facad
As they hatefully live the game that they applaud
I look back toward them, at these wonderful pawns
Standing before me like a father adoring
Of the devil he created and tried to abort
Then tear it apart and wonder once more
at the tragedy he built and tried to ignore
The time has come for me to tell them the truth
yet I don't possess a black enough heart
The time is here for me to tell them
That I've lost the fight I never fought for them
