walls of my own
mind
warden there
quite unkind
trapped in a cold dark cell
alone with
my worst enemy
ANXIETY
confining me
shaking my foundation
rocking the tapestries
unable to keep time
it's all lost within
my mind
need to
unwind

imprisoned in your own mind by walls of your own design? sounds like u need to let lose and have soe fun :D, this is a awsomly worded poem kep it up.
