SPECIAL CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

Contributed by car21221 on Thursday, 27th October 2005 @ 10:50:59 PM in AEST
Topic: Tributes

We are all born into this world,Some are weak some are strong. Some are blind and some they cannot walk. Some are deaf and some cannot even talk or even crawl or even do for themselves in any part of their lives.
No matter what it may be they are what makes each and everyone of them special.
They are no different from you and me.
They deserve to be happy just as well as the next.
They deserve to get an education just like everone else.
A little bit more love and understanding and patience is the only solution there is.
Special children with special needs they need you me and everyone on their side fighting for their rights to be equal as everyone else and not to be judged upon for their limited abilities.

so true, Im friends with a young man with down syndrome, it makes me really angry when people judge, make fun and dont give him a fair go, because he has such a beautiful heart and he is intelligent.

The title is most unfortunate, given the subject.

  • I definitely agree with this;
    I mean, we're all equal in the end, despite everything.

    I, too, hate it when people judge on first glances or impressions
    when dealing with these kinds of things.
    Everyone deserves the right to be given a fair go,
    and an education as good as anyone else's.

    Hope your son's doing awesome now,
    and congratulations on his graduation. :D
