Tears run rivers
Through my home
Conversation’s harsh, brittle—everyone’s
At breaking point now
But all I feel is cold
Mum, she’s crying
Dad’s always shouting
About the traffic or something
And my bother just sits; stares
But all I feel is cold
Fear cries out in anger
Against the screech of breaks
The glass shatters,
My heart shakes
But all I feel is cold
Missing someone dearly
But I can’t understand.
They say someone died
They say that someone’s
Me…
But all death is cold…

Lots....of emotion. I really wasnt expecting the ending. But it delivered the shock and everything it was supposed to, so...
Well done! :D |
