No Turning Back

Contributed by PainfulSpirit06 on Thursday, 27th October 2005 @ 09:31:40 AM in AEST
Topic: toughstuff

Is there really such a thing as too late?
Will I ever find out?
They say there's no turning back once you're in love
But what if I wanted to go back?
**** the time and everything else
I don't know if love is what I want anymore
All I ever receive is pain
No turning back, says who?
I don't need or want my life complicated anymore
So tired, so tired
Am I wrong for giving up?
For losing hope & faith in us?
I'll keep trying and keep holding on
But for how long?
Doubt and frustration taking over
Never knowng what to think
I don't know what to expect anymore
Wish we could go back to the very beginning
When we were kids
but maybe it is too late
At least for me it is
Because I realize there's no turning back
once you're in love
