Now that you're chaining me down, I'd like to surrender
Now that I'm hopelessly drowned, stop pulling me under!
You've been watching, waiting, biding, hating,
Far too long for my conditioning
Now I'm simply stating you're degrading!
Get your grimy hands off, look I'm listening!
Stop dancing cross my face, stop mocking my expression
Stop trying to force me into chimerical confession
I'm abandoning you! This is my abdication.
Would you like your tools, executioner?
Here's a noose of deception, just wrap it round my neck
And an axe of redemption, redemption that brings death
A shackle to bind me, and a spike to defile me
I want my emancipation!
I'm screaming into the void
And the demons cackle at the hollow echo
I heed the call of Gaia's will.
My bloodied corpse awakens still.
My frozen head, immersed in chill,
Tilts slowly back to take the pill,
And there relaxes, throat exposed.
What shall come of it?
Only you know

Loved it. You get some writes, you can just relate to and thats all you can say - I love it. Amazing write, looking forward to more.
