ode to my babbysitter

Contributed by lostrelic on Wednesday, 26th October 2005 @ 09:15:59 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

ode to my babbysitter the mighty tv
you welcomed me in your womb when i was three
your manipulative ways of teaching me
tauht me that violence was better to see
you taught me fine things like what soaps to buy
and taught me the world was one big lie
music and movies from dukes to mcgiver
you kept me awake and always i felt wired
now you teach flesh and the lighter side of war
or whatever sex you are its easy to score
but no family values do i see
your teachings are wrong lets us be
no i think i will do what is right
i will blow you up in the middle of the night
i will laught and shout my bottle raised high
as i wish your spirit wont darken my sky

I hope this was meant to be a funny poem, because it made me chuckle a little.
Hee hee.
Blowing up the TV.
Funny thought, I think.

Good poem, lostrelic, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I'd have to agree with you on this one, T.V. just sucks.
