Deep within the woodland, under violet skies
Sits a little fairy, young but very wise
In her hands a book she holds, a book of secret words
She is waiting patiently for animals and birds
Frog sits on his lily pad "rib bit rib bit ", he sighs
Bluebird swoops down singing, so gently from the skies
Rabbit stops her skipping, waits so expectantly
Baby deer creeps from the tree's to hear the new story
As the fairy starts to read, the bluebells start to ring
Fireflies so colourful, they buzz and dance and sing
Magic are the words she speaks, she brings such joy around
Tinkerbell, the fairy, sitting on the ground
Words that we will never hear, a secret for the few
Animals and children, not for me and you
Whispered in the woodland, hush now, don't disturb
Creep away so silently, and leave without a word

as always i get such a dreamy feeling from your poetry, like a doorway 2 another place in time, perhaps a yester day that allows one 2 be themself, at least 4 awhile, stunningly beautiful Ros . . .
