After the Storm
After the storm,
moments before the clouds break,
a bittersweet sorrow
lies heavy on petals and leaves...
In time,
the skies begin to clear,
the sun absorbs the lingering tear;
for a season,
again,
there's peace and cheer...
and rest.

Personally, I agree with both, the storm and the calm. Outbreaks, then comes peace, and the ruins we must live with, once it occurs, this is very much nature, and it happens to souls, not just the petals on flowers:>
