Where is my heart
Where has she disappeared to
Have I lost her forever
If I did
I did not mean to
If I left her
Without shelter
Without warmth and love
Then I am a monster
If I took her
Then forgot her
Or all mentioned in the above
Existed
I left her her to die
Unassisted
I am a fool
For searching clues
Worrying
Punching
A proverbial bruise
Blood attacks
Shiny blacks
And dreadful blues

This poem is anything but heartless. It's clearly very heartfelt, and with any luck, she will accept your apology. A woman's heart is a fragile, but precious gift. I hope you treat this lady and her heart with care. Beautiful poem! Good luck to you. |

Nice job jyss. I think we're all capable of being heartless at times, so don't beat yourself up too much about it...lol
