Take the time to picture yourself,
Imagine the inevitable.
Think of all the things you've done,
And what you thought weren't reachable.
Take the time to see yourself,
Through someone else's eyes.
What you think is someone else,
Is in fact just your disguise.
Take the time to walk your steps,
In someone else's shoes.
Reflect for just a moment,
Well, there's not that much to lose.
Take the time to review your life,
From someone else's perspective.
Deep down inside you realise,
Why was I so objective?
What time you take to measure up,
What little faults you've got.
May only take a little while,
But at least you've learnt alot.
