untitled

Topic: oops

I told you about my painful past
I thought you would stick around
I told you how i feel inside
I thought you would dry my tears

I told you my secrets of death
I thought you were a reason for life
I told you my every passion
I thought you were someone to trust

I told you not to worry
I thought you could deal with my flaws
I told you I am trying to change
I thought i was good enough for you

I told you how you could hurt me most
I NEVER thought you would use it against me
I told you to be carefull with my glass heart
I never thought you would throw it at the wall

I told you how much i hate you
I thought you would believe my lies
I told you to get away from me
I never thought you would come back for more

How many times can one fall for this crap?
How many lives does a glass heart get?
How long before i give in again?
How long before the next time you win??

How many lives does a glass heart get?

Shattered...

I was thinking of you spilling your guts, finding out, it was not necessary. Sad write, reading poetry here at YPDC lets me know a lot of us have something in common, woo hoo, makes us all pretty normal lol, feelings, wise:>

The thought behind this reminds me of my poem ; Diamond Dust Dreams .. it's really nice (yours) perhaps you'd read mine and see what you think?
