Binding Whispers

Contributed by _Raspberry_ on Thursday, 20th October 2005 @ 12:28:19 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

She lost what she had found
What she always thought she'd need
A thin veneer of strength
The answer was to bleed

He found the way through
Love pierced her more
Than even her sharpest blade
Had ever reached before

Even his lightest touch
Invokes the fire pain
All of his soft whispers
Drip tears that fall like rain

A heightened, glowing pleasure
That brought her to her knees
And when his presence bound her
She was begging for release

She feels the world at last
As if a newborn life
Opened new in every way
His love, his slave, his wife.

Heart-wrenching and saddening.... but my God,
it's extremely well written. With clever rhyme and
flow you emphasized every emotion to it's utmost.

Amazing. Keep up the superb writing.
