Uncertain Ending

Contributed by Buggsy on Tuesday, 18th October 2005 @ 11:51:04 AM in AEST
Topic: MiscPoems

The sweet summer breeze carries a wondrous song,
It’s a beautiful siren luring her unsuspecting prey.
Oblivious and bewitched she carries you away;
The seductive temptress holds your fragile mind,
You cannot see a devil in disguise, you are blind!
Love blinds you, disguises her, will you ever see you were wrong?

When the cold winter wind comes in a gust;
You search for an embrace, merely for comfort,
But for her it seems to take too much effort.
Despite your affection going unreturned you remain under her spell;
You do no realise it, you may never see it, but you are living in hell.
At night you crave to feel her soft, supple bust.

You are dead to me and your other friends,
The person we once knew is now lost inside of you,
I hope, for your sake, you wake up and see the clue!
Now that you are dead, I rest in peace,
I no longer worry because our friendship has ceased.
Is this really where you let our chapters end?
