You're so sweet with your mind, your body, and your smile,
You're on fire and you move me,
So perfect with your style,

Closer...to the rain,
Show her all the rambling,

Let me feel your your touch, your heartbeat, and your breath,
While certain thoughts of bordom rush through you like blood,

Closer...to the rain,
Show her all the rambling,

You're sweet but I'm tired,
Of proving the same words,
You're a bore, but you move me,
Now caress me with your touch,

Let me think about her, my wording, and my tone,
You're on fire and you move me,
With your sarcastic love,

Closer...to the rain,
Show her all the rambling,

...you made it so easy...made it nothing...made me nothing...so WHAT!

Closer...to the rain,
(DON'T LEAVE ME, NO...DON'T GO)
