heartstrong and heartbroken
blinded by pain
look and the mirror and cry out again

lost in translation
my true self inside
despair neverending...
where can i hide

im locked in with myself
a battle of blood
cannot hide from my soul
it pays the penance above all else

blackened mirror so i cannot see the reflection
it is haunting my nightmares
yet they all still came

good write, kc. i liked it- dark and deep. very good. just a lil mistake is 'look and the mirror and cry out again' supposed to be 'in the mirror'. sorry, it was bugging me, but otherwise it was a good write, keep up the good work, kc. and can we hide together?? lol. keep it up!
