(((excruciating euphoria)))

Contributed by SensitiveSoAbused on Sunday, 16th October 2005 @ 06:54:09 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

I have to be honest:

It hurts to love you.

Like thorns of a rose ~ I wonder
about the nature of this and that.

(frightened, torn) I was chosen; ponder

excruciating euphoria

…the way the sun passes through the trees…
…and down through the mountains…

What more can I say, how more can I
turn stomachs with vile sweetness?

You are as always poison.
Pain and death ensue from your passing.
It is mine. And so are you.

Resurrect me with your lips
and eyes of adoration.
Bring me home to live
with butterflies in your stomach.

Watch as I show you
myself and everything in me,
give it all to you in a wicker basket
that cannot easily be cleaned.

Wash me free of everything that is not you.
Bathe my naked body in the waterfalls of your passionate love.

Inflict upon me with your tongue fatal wounds of delicious consummation.
A fury on my skin of hot breath and ravenous inhalation
of scent and a sense of helplessness
to resist the one who has made me so whole with so little
and so bare to so much.

Darling,

Whisper my name upon the winds as a half-remembered melody…

Querida,

Love me as if I were your last.

OMG! You have stunned me with this one.
Left me almost speechless. This is high charged to say the least. Deep, intense, raw sensual I could go on and on.

...wow...a soft, quiet, slowly melting, wow...

I'm almost afraid to read it again, for fear the exquisite feelings will be washed away with understanding.

I'd like to keep it safely undiminished within...

Of course, like Pandora, I won't be able to resist...

nice...

very nice...

Blessings,

enigma

wow, that is definitely an awesome write. Perfectly...no...better than perfectly penned. I love the way it is formatted and yes, a perfect title "excruciating euphoria". Perfection beyond belief.

Thank you ever so much for sharing.

Take care.

my god man... what a beautiful piece of art
this was... to call it merely a poem would
degrade this for it can only be called one
thing an exquisite work of art. I was held
captive by this... the way it was written I can
find no adequate words to describe. This
was perfection and is one of the best poems
I have ever read by you.
