I wanna stand out
I don’t care about the shame

I don’t wanna be like you
I don’t need your approval
I just wanna be me
Now I feel like nothing
Even though I smile
I try, I try, I try to be
But I’m not you, I’m just me
You told me what to do
You told me what to be
I don’t wanna be like you
I just wanna be like me
I used to feel hate

I wanna stand out

| i used to let people try and push me around...have everything i do be somebody elses....i had to find away to push them out and now im the one controlling me...good poem |
