Hand in hand we glide
Across the dark night sky
Tears fall as you cry
In each other we confide
The world, we have defied
We pass through the clouds
I hold you close to me
Kissing you so warmly
For soon we’ll be in shrouds
And be surrounded by crowds
The city reveals its lights
Our fragile bodies stand to sin
Dancing in a slow spin
Last chance to say our plights
For this is the end of all nights
We reach the final countdown
My hands make a retrace
Finding you for one last embrace
Staring at you in your beautiful gown
We both finally touch down
