My muse, she is a chime
that heralds the golden sun
on a misty, cold winter's dawn
She is the tranquility
of luminous moon's reflection
on the wet sands of a silver beach
O! she is the melody
of a lullaby sang to hush
the murmurings of a blue soul

using the ten most beautiful english words does not always garuantee an equally beautiful poem. U managed to create a very nice poem using these words, and I must say that this has to be one of the most emotionally beautiful poems I've read in a while.
One critique though: the poem ends a bit abruptly, and it almost seems unfinished. An extra stanza would have rounded it up nicely.
Much love
Ash~ |
