I'm tired, so forgive me being weak
And bothering you with questions,
Which might not make sense to you.
Still, I have to ask them.

Are you the man
I've been looking for
For thousnads of years?

Are you the one
Who understands the world
The way it is?

Are you the same stranger
I see in myself
Who roams with no destination?

Are you the blessed and cursed
Who has neither fear nor bravery
To be someone?

Are you the one
Who cares
Being not involved?

Are you an animal and God
Fused in one
Inside your mind?

Are the one
Who speaks
Without words?

Are you the one?
Just tell me.

You know what, I really don't think I am :P

Please report poetry and or comments that are in breach of our site rules HERE (Please include poem title or url). Parents also please ensure that you supervise your children well when they are on the internet; regardless of what a site says about being, or being considered, child-safe.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
