Impossible

Topic: DreamsandWishes

you maybe never remember me,
but I have thought of you,
all this time I have missed you,
before I move on with my life,
before I put the past behind,
i have one question to ask,
do you still want me?
It’s foolish for me to think…….
after all this time we haven’t communicated,
how could you still remember I even exist?
maybe it was for the better we departed…
maybe we were not meant to be,
that’s why I had the courage to question,
to ask before I close this chapter of my life,
to ask you before I go,
was there a time,
even for a minute,
you missed me?
you wanted me?

This reminds me of a song

"If we could start a new
I wouldn't hesitate
I'd gladly take you back
and tempt the hands of fate
Tears on my pillow
pain in my heart
caused by you"

Quote from "Tears on my pillow" by Little Anthony and The Imperials
