MISSING YOU

Contributed by THUGGIN4REAL on Wednesday, 12th October 2005 @ 01:20:23 PM in AEST
Topic: dedicatedpoems

Since you left, I haven't been the same. To say I moved on would be a lie; since I am the one carrying all this blame.

It's not easy being without my heart, but what can I say, you earned it from the start. So I wasn't about to ask for it back when you decided to depart. As long as you hold on to it, we will never be apart.

I never thought I'd get another call from you, but once again God came through. Breaking my walls down with absolute truth. What got me the most though, was hearing you still loved me, and me saying, "I love you too."

I'm still drama free, and I still want you, probably more than you want me. After you exposed my light, being without you forever is something I don't want to see. So I let my tears flow when I wrote this, just to see if it's meant to be.

"Home is where the heart is," that's something your known to say. I replay those words each and everyday. And don't worry; even if something did happen, as long as you believe in angels, God would let me fly your way. Otherwise He wouldn't have blessed me with your love, and I wouldn't have asked Him, if I could stay.
