lost thoughts of jealousy

i dont know why im writing
because i dont know whats wrong
i tried to be myself as best i can
i saw what i had and i let it slip away
i thought i had you but now im not so sure
i gave up three chances for what i thought
but i guess thats where thinking gets me
i care for you thats obvious but im still lost
lost without a clue even the slightest inclination
"if i can change the past"
the word rerun through my head
even if i could i know i wouldnt
everything happens for a reason
the chances are gone my hope is shot
when i thought i could make it
i found i was more than wrong
my days are counting down
not by your calander but by mine
my body has gone to hell
my mind is more than warped
my soul is lost and cant be found
