Why Do We Hold On?

Contributed by shrunkin_fool34142316 on Tuesday, 11th October 2005 @ 02:14:59 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

Why do we hold onto
a love that isn't even there?
why do we keep trying,
when they don't even want to care?

why do we sleep with
reminders of our lost lover?
i thought this would be great,
this mystery i was to unconver.

to my suprise,
my friends knew better than i.
now i will pay,
each and every night i shall cry.

you will always be the
one for me.
i'll never be over you,
i'll never be set free.

i've always wanted you,
right from the very start.
i've always loved you
with every beat of my heart.

i'll never be able
to move on.
i'll try my hardest,
but i wont be able to with you gone.

society got the
best of you,
you said it,
were through.

~*~ I'll be waiting... right here... i'm not going anywhere... it's too hard to try... i love u and one day you'll realize all the things i've tried to tell you before... no one will EVER love u as much as i do... no one ever could... good luck with everything you desire to do, i'll give you my truest respect, and everything u need... i just want what's best for you... that's what someone who really loves you would do...~*~
