Forever Love

I have this friend whom I love so much
But lately I haven’t stayed in touch
I went to him today
To the place he said he’d always stay
Where the sun never sets and the sky is never gray
And it never fails that this is true
Because today he was there to say, “I love you.”
I said I was sorry and he called me by name
And said his love would remain the same
Then I was caught up into his arms
Safe from the pain and from all harm
Then he spoke these words and I knew they were true as he said,
“My child I will always love you.”

i enjoyed this and i don't want to be presumptious by saying this is about a dependance on God so i'll give some other things that i could take this for.

as an inner-reflective peice- we fall away from the parts of us that we respect and aspire to yeild to. The revelation of time is that passsion and truth are so sincere that they never leave the core of our being, for those that invest them there. when you speak almost as if to a person i could take this as personification of your internal rock, your unwavering stability. For me that is honesty.

I always do hate the narrow mindedness of people and i mean no offense if this is about God. I just dread being like everyone else, so ready to see what "fits" or "matches".
