Suicidal Advice

Contributed by XiViRuS on Sunday, 9th October 2005 @ 04:41:18 AM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

Hopelessly alone and deprived of will
The death of one is life''s greatest thrill
As my soul descends I feel my blood run
Life is just a game and it seems I''ve won
This thing call "life" is just a dream
Embrace reality, nothing is as it seems
Heaven, Hell, it''s all just an illusion
With this knowledge I''ve come to the conclusion:
Life is meaningless, your wasting your time
When your a slave to God your actions are a crime
You can''t be perfect, no matter how hard you try
Living is a sin because life is a lie
I will tell you nothing that isn''t true
Please look at things at my point of view
People are false, they lie and multiply
If that''s not true then why have we cried?
Don''t waste your affection on those who don''t care
Because once you''re gone it''s like you never were there
If you took your own life what would you lose?
People that you love? That''s just an excuse
People don''t love you, love is a lie
Life is like a game, it''s worth a try
Kill yourself, you''ve got nothing to lose
Slit your wrist and discover the truth

"Life is like a game, it's worth a try"
"Life is just a game and it seems I've won
This thing call "life" is just a dream"

The game which you think you have won may just be a dream. Life is a game we play till the end, quitters never win.

"Slit your wrist and discover the truth"

The truth, so far no one has come back to tell the tale, so what is the truth is yet to be known.

"I will tell you nothing that isn't true"
"People are false, they lie and multiply"

So to discover the truth you say, we have to die, but if we are dead, 'truth' even if it is 'truth' won't matter a damn, would it?

So to say for certain you are telling a truth, you have to be talking from the other side, till then does everything you just said becomes a lie?

Truth is truth it doesnt require any proofs, knowledge or justifications. Yes there sure is comfort in knowing the Truth, so I guess we would just make use of this so called useless life to search for that truth, after all we just can't live on knowing just one side(everything is a lie).

Nice one, made me think.

this is a good piece of poetry. Even though the content and title is somewhat iffy, this is your point of view and no comments are able to change this. Great read.
