Have I lost you? Are you gone?
I hope not, what about our bond?
I thought it was tight, I guess I was wrong
Maybe a few months was just too long
That can't be right, that's not the reason
I think I was distracted, by the change in season
I'm so sorry, I take it all back
I'll wait for you to come home, and that's a fact
I need you to call me, I need you to write
I just want to smile, each and every night
Without any contact, from you I'm so lost
I want to be with you, no matter the cost

It sounds like love alright. I hope he forgives you. Good job of expressing your emotions in this write. Keep it up!

The beginning makes it sound as if it is about cheating but knowing a mistake was made and wanting to be forgiven and taken back. |

i've realized something during the last few weeks....we shouldn't have to wait for love, if it's actually true love it should always be there. No waiting, no games, no uneasiness, nothing, just two people completely intertwined together no matter what the circumstances, struggles, or etc.....if something is stopping it than it isn't true...wonderful write, with great intent :)
