Sticks and stones

You broke my heart, I broke your bones,
You crushed my dreams, I stole your words
You took the sunshine out of my world
I rained on your happiness

I gave you my heart you spat it out,
I tried to talk, you wanted to shout.
i held on tight, you weakened my grasp,
you made me go without a fuss.

You didn’t look back, I ran far ahead
You started a new, I wished I was dead
You stopped just one time to drop a bomb
I didn’t interfere the damage was done

So run through the darkness as you leave
the light behind as you'll never erase me
and that you will find
