do i really have to act
as if i don't care?
what if i feel so much pain?
as if my heart is breaking into pieces
and my mind hurts like hell.
do i still have to pretend
and say "i don't love you?"

It is wrong to tell someone that they must rhyme
a poem does not have to rhyme to stand the test of time
poetry is art, and art has no rules
ever hear of poetic license fools?

Hmmm...I knew I'd be able to relate, just by the title...lol No one should have to 'pretend' anything. Nice job expressing your feelings.
Also, don't listen to that idiot that seems to think poems have to rhyme in order to be poetry! He apparently has much to learn.

So are you people reviewing
comments as well as poetry now.
I am entitled to my opinion ok.
Isnt that the whole idea about this site.
If we all just praise each others poems regardless then what good is it.
P.S Could this be considered a poem? |
