He was sleeping out on the streets underneath a video store. He was heated by a steam vent coming up from the subway below.
Five years ago the man shot an innocent store clerk when the store clerk wouldn’t give the man the money from the register. The man now sleeps in front of the same store.
One day the man walked by a church that was giving out food for free. The church deacons welcomed the man through their doors to partake of a lovely meal.
These kind people told the man that he could live with God forever, even though he killed a man. The man rejected what they had to say, and left with amusement at what they said.
One week later, the man was in a small grocery store buying food with some money he found on the street. A man wearing a mask walked in and shot everyone in the store. The man died.

sorry i do not understand is this a poem or a story if it is a story try to put more depth in it if its a poem ok needs work sorry
