My Father

Contributed by softlyspoken on Tuesday, 4th October 2005 @ 02:08:31 PM in AEST
Topic: ChristianPoetry

Soul me for the sake of my spirit, I am a devoted counsel to your kingdom-- rest my heart for it has tempered me unjustly,
kind of my blood withered into your hands, truly is one I commence,

Fear, I have the frightened eyes of a baby, you are my father,a common thought of every sunshine, brittle are my veins to the rain, I stand beneath and beyond your divine feet, then I seek your genuine
touch,

I can go further, just one touch that has pushed me over the edge of a trampled star, pierce of my law that has no meaning, the harvest of
my junction has converted to dry qualms, tailored is my song for it
was a demand of darkness that has now been rejoiced,

Young and old, I stand between the hearts of conflicted lives, I came to common grounds and drew a fountain of youth, imagination
graced me far along the air I breathe, I salute you in honor of
conspired journeys that has learned me a lesson I taught and taught
me a lesson I learned,

Greatful for your faith that you have poured in whole,
I from this day on will love you on earth and in heaven MY FATHER...
