My Heart's Melody...

Every night as the sun gently sets
The stars emerge to blanket the sky
Daisies close their petals gracefully
As the moon settles way up high
Rabbits burrow deep into their holes
The owls are now fully awake
The beautiful elegant white swan
Slumbers peacefully on top of the lake
My heart begins to nestle
Deep amongst the blazing stars
Where it hums a melody
Amidst tranquil settings so far
It sings a melody of hope
That one day soon it shall find love
An orchestra of tender emotions
Playing in tune way up above
My heart waits patiently
Till the essence of time is right
Where your heart shall sing
My heart's melody through out the night
In rhythm with each other
Two loving hearts shall play in tune
Underneath the starry night sky
Composed beneath the prevalent moon
My heart shall sing its melody
Every night and everyday
Until my heart's mesmerizing chords
Have you dancing merrily my way...

Fantastic write Sue!!! I love this! You excel at giving detailed and pleasing visuals to the reader. All while telling a story that we can not only relate to, but appreciate reading. Excellent job! The style you wrote this in was perfect for your emotions. The rhymes added to the potency of your words, and gave a melodic flow. Keep 'em coming my dear!!

One of my favorites. I've found your style very... gracefull. You seldom stumble in your writing, and your heart seeks out the sweetest words to say. You have a loving, beautiful heart. May you hear it's melody soon.
I've enjoyed the pathe through your words, thank you.
Take care.
