Upon whispering shores of silky soft sand
With each stride we take the coolness of the ocean
Bathes us to mid calf while intimacies we share
Are heard only as murmurings
And giggling children pass by,
Scurrying with their little buckets
The Sun almost furtively steals into the water
We stop... Alone now... In the shadowy light
The falling night watches as we Embrace...
Our bodies... Are soothed by warm breezes
Your closeness intoxicates my soul
We begin to sway to unheard music
Then Dance... Barefoot in the dark surf
While moon light glimmers...
And the Gods...
They smile down on us
