Walking along, the green meadows
The grass, blowing in a soft gentle breeze
The sounds of nothing, as I walk on the dirt road
The sights of birds, flying in the blue skiies
Seeing a beautiful pasture, filled with floating butterflies
A smell of cutting grass, and hay that soon will be bailed
No worries, or thoughts
Just silence and clamness
The peace of being back in the country...............................

Dirt roads,,,Pasture with cows,mules,horses...Bumble bees..Butterflies sipping nector from
The wild flowers....Great poem..

Hehe. Wish I could say I felt the same about the countryside...Ummm...I don't : )
I do however like the pleasant-type visuals this conjured up while I read along. I really like that title too Dayna.
