twisted shardes of broken glass slicing threw my vein
dirty blades from filty kitchens causing all this pain
headless horse of pestilence roaming threw this land
corrupting time and sanity wreaking the soul of man
anvils of hatred falling down apon societys evil heads
as they wallow in the filth and the garbage in their beds
skeletons of fine china dancing threw the hall
watching as one takes a deadly fall
these are the ones who shater our dreams
in the night when you wake up and scream
godless shores of hell all i see
as my demons sit waiting for me
cards in hand they ask me to play
they really want me to stay

That's true, but you don't have to listen to them. Your poem is scary from a modernistic point of view. I don't think about the monsters I think of people as monsters. |

A thought provoking write telling a story behind the lines. The imagery u cast and the flow of the poem, sensational. Great write.
