The moment ended in bitter silence
As the room shook
The innocence took
All its soul and flesh in violence
A knock on the door
The wood-panel fell to the floor
Splintered the paint
The frame it contained
Scattered red stains
The character maintains
Awareness always sustained
A clear resemblance to the hollow drops of rain
Time resumed at its connivance
As it suited itself
And prided its disobedience
An elitist
Confided its brilliance
In the simple mind
Of comical intelligence
Fractions combined to form their wholeness
It has climbed to the pinnacle of its purpose
To the cynical darkness
It is vigilant and restless
The moment ended in sweet silence
Footsteps led away
Tomorrow waits for today
Summers last sun sets in the distance

Excellent job with this write. Deep expression, and great metaphors. Flowed really well too.
