I fear I'm caught and can't break loose
I fear I'm blind to your rose petal noose
The writing is gleaming on the wall
A letter to Ophelia on her aqua fall
I am senseless, passive and weak
My heart folds up; dares not to leak
Uncover the deepest; take one step higher
It will burn like a funeral pyre
I fear almost as much as I love
On the edge; desperate for one last shove
To fall into the satin abyss
Of eternal desire and frozen bliss
Where petrified like stone I'll stay
Waiting for that wretched day
Waiting in the darkened room
Waiting in my dusty gloom
