Night Forged Love

Thorn bush walls carry a single rose
this elegance, I love the pure soul
twisted and demonic but so fragile
a power untapped with time

A women in this rose
a lust within each cutting thorn
break away these bonds to capture
a flower of tainted beauty and imperfection

Her smile bares the fangs of times doctrines
eras of experience and challenge pulse though
these untamed and unnatural talents of merit
a cunning example of inner strength

A shimmer of enlightened eyes
her stare so frigid and solitary
a mythical magnetism draws me near
my love is seized and consumed with immortality

I've been touched by obscurity
I've tasted the life in my lusting
I've become consumed within the night
I've shown the sadistic smirk of satisfaction

The pale moonlight reflects a goddess
my salvation within this dark queen
I follow her into the depths of shadow
an eternity forged in unnatural love
