Are you scared? Little girl?
Of the monsters in the shadows?
Of the shadows themselves?
Are you frightened of the night?
Of the darkness that consumes?
Of the fire and the fumes?
Are you afraid? Of the day?
How it will take you, and whisk you away?
Keep you from your silly dreams?
Are you scared? Little girl?
Of what you don't know?
Of things that aren't show?
Little girl you are right,
To be scared, just at sight.
Life isn't the sugary abyss,
They seem to make all this.
