Narnia

Topic: StoryPoetry

.My fingers splintered my your wood, my eyes blind in the dark,
And passed the coats and mothball smell I find I’m in a wood or park.

The only light a lamppost seemingly out of place,
And what’s the next thing I see? A little strange mans face.

Soon my siblings will be here and we will save the day,
The lion is our hero, for him we shout hurray.

So skipping all the in between to shorten my write,
In the end their back at home exactly the same night.

If this is what i think you are talking about it is one of my favorite stories too.

four children went through a door
and entered in a wintry wood
and there with the help of a great lion
banished the queen of ice for good

Ah, one of my grandchildren's favorites, The Lion, The Witch, And The Wardrobe. I did so thoroughly enjoy that book. Always wanted to try 'Turkish Delights", lol.

Awesome, awesome...The Tales of Narnia is my favourite series; The
Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe being my favourite book from that!
Did you know there is a movie coming out? I can't wait to see it!
Short or no, this was excellent!
